In the picturesque town of Casteljaloux, there is a charming hotel with discreet elegance: Hotel Clos Castel. A true haven of peace and refinement, it satisfies both leisure and professional customers in the evening. Another specificity of the establishment is the hosting of professional events: residential seminars, study days, etc.
The meetings take place in a room that can accommodate up to 50 people, with a multifunctional digital display that opens onto the terrace and the hotel's highly confidential park.
Guests can take a break in this green setting, with the scent of laurel blossoms bordered by fountains, and in the shade of majestic chestnut trees. In the evening, the terrace, embellished by the softness of the lighting, is the ideal place for cocktails and dinners.
To meet the different expectations of customers, several options are available: organization by the day, or with overnight stay, possibly with a meal at Restaurant La Vieille Auberge.
For residential seminars, the establishment offers two types of accommodation: in a smart and refined design room or in one of its pleasant villas. Some rooms have access for people with reduced mobility. Access to the SPA relaxation area La Clairière is included in all formulas.
From September 2019, a place dedicated solely to professional meetings will be able to accommodate groups of up to 70 people. Fully modular, the rooms, arranged on two levels, will allow meetings to be held in assemblies or in several groups spread over different workspaces. On the ground floor, a friendly space with a bar area and standing tables will accommodate breaks and more informal exchanges.
Located in the Marmandais between Toulouse and Bordeaux, the hotel is easily accessible from the motorway (Marmande exit 15 minutes away). In addition, for the comfort and tranquillity of the participants, around the room, there will be a private car park with 3 electric charging stations.
